Enrolling at Bass Valley Primary School

Sending a child to a new school is a big deal in both their life and yours, so we would encourage you to come and experience firsthand everything Bass Valley Primary School has to offer.

We are taking enrolments for current and future school years. Contact the school office on (03) 5678 0208 to discuss enrolment and arrange a school tour where possible.

Bass Valley Primary School follows the Department enrolment policy and processes which can be found here. The Department’s Placement Policy embeds the legal entitlement for students to enroll at their designated neighbourhood school, and to enroll at another school if there is sufficient accommodation. The Placement Policy applies to the placement of students at all year levels, from Prep to Year 12.

Our School Zone

Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which hosts the most up-to-date information about Victorian school zones.

Students residing in this zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.

The Department provides guidance through the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and the freedom to choose other schools, subject to facility limitations.
